At Flora Pack, we are excited to be hiring a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. We are a family owned business that sources potted plants, cut and dried flowers from a large variety of growers. We supply weekly and holiday crops to our valued US and Canadian customers. The Sales Administrator provides seamless and effective administrative support to our salespeople. Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:

Sales Administration

  • Support the sales team with reporting, crop tracking, order entry, and customer follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Run and maintain sales reports, tracking performance against targets and flagging variances

  • Assist with inventory monitoring across sales and marketing, maintaining accurate records and alerting the team to stock concerns

  • Support costing and profitability reporting to help the team make informed decisions

  • Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage relationships with vendors supplying product components and materials

  • Manage order fulfillment for select trade accounts on an as-needed basis

  • Learn and support customs documentation and logistics coordination as part of structured cross-training

  • Provide general administrative support across the sales function

Marketing Administration

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing initiatives, ensuring materials and timelines are organized and on track

  • Track marketing purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory of marketing materials and hard goods

  • Keep marketing files, calendars, and promotional inventories organized to support smooth execution of campaigns and events

  • Assist with trade show logistics including coordinating materials, shipments, and related documentation

  • Support data entry and reporting related to marketing spend, vendor relationships, and sample orders

  • Help maintain brand consistency by ensuring materials are filed, updated, and accessible to the team

Previous administrative experience and an advanced knowledge of MS Office programs is required. Floral knowledge is considered an asset but not required.

Required Work Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office position. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak seasons or special projects to support business needs, which may include extended hours on occasion.

$22-26 per hour

This position is based at our office: 1539 Fourth Avenue, St. Catharines, ON L2R 6P9.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the area before starting work (required).
